Registration Policy
Enrollment in the Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort reserves one of a limited number of seats in this highly interactive learning experience. For this reason, all registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your registration one time to a future CCL cohort with at least 14 days' written notice before the program begins.
- Transfer your registration to another participant from your organization with written approval before the first session.
Once the cohort has begun, registrations cannot be transferred or credited.
Commitment to the Cohort
The Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort is intentionally designed as a community of learning, reflection, and accountability. By enrolling, participants commit to being fully present, actively engaging in discussions, respecting the confidentiality of fellow cohort members, and contributing to an environment that supports the growth of everyone involved.
Attendance Expectations
The CCL Cohort is designed as a collaborative learning experience where participants learn not only from the facilitators but also from one another. Consistent attendance helps ensure the best possible experience for you and your cohort peers.
If you are unable to attend a session:
- Please notify the program team by email as soon as possible, preferably before the session begins.
- A recording of the session, presentation materials, and any applicable resources will be made available through the Digital Resource Hub.
- Participants are expected to review the recording and materials before the next session to remain current with the cohort's learning.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
- Participants who miss live sessions are responsible for completing any reflection activities or assignments shared during that session.
Certificate of Completion
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must:
- Attend at least 5 of the 6 live sessions (or whatever attendance requirement you choose).
- Complete the required reflection activities.
